Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Master Plaster for Camps respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the Camps website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When an adult or camp representative requests information, we may collect:
- Name, professional role, camp or organisation, and email address.
- Camp location, camper ages, estimated attendance, and preferred dates.
- Programme interests and any planning information supplied in the request.
- Basic technical information recorded by our hosting provider, such as request, device, browser, and security logs.
How we use information
- To respond to requests and help camps explore suitable programme options.
- To continue planning, licensing, and availability discussions.
- To protect, operate, and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent misuse or fraud.
A website request does not by itself create a confirmed booking, licence, or contract.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiry email delivery is handled through Resend. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the providers’ security and privacy safeguards. Social-media links may take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising on this Camps website. Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the service. If analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Children’s privacy
The information form is intended for adults and camp representatives. Children should not submit personal information through the form. Please do not include unnecessary personal information about individual campers in a request.
Retention and security
We retain request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage discussions, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
