1. Program & Scheduling
Can it fill a full camp day?
Yes. Plan a full camp day or shorter activity blocks, depending on the activities you include and the time you give each.
How long does each session take?
Timing depends on your campers and your mix of storytelling, singing, STEM building, magic practice and performance.
We can help you plan around your schedule.
How do the two formats differ?
Both use the same selected kit. The Single-Day Program brings the experience into one day; the Five-Session Program allows more time for exploration, practice and performance. No extra kit materials are added.
2. Kits & Take-Home Items
Does every camper need a kit?
Yes. Each camper needs their own kit, and all kit items go home with them for continued use.
What is included in each kit?
One main magic trick and one STEM DIY activity, plus supporting items connected to the selected story world.
Do we need extra supplies?
Most activities use the materials supplied in the kit. We confirm any extra supplies needed for your selected program before you order.
3. Counselor Preparation
Who leads the activities?
Your camp counselors lead using the supplied instructions and guidance. No magic experience is needed.
A live magician is not included in the standard program.
How many counselors do we need?
For these activities, we recommend one counselor for about eight campers, with no more than ten per counselor.
Follow your camp’s staffing requirements if stricter.
How much help do the DIY activities need?
The DIY activities are designed to need minimal help. Counselors guide the group and assist individual campers as needed.
How should counselors prepare?
Review the supplied activity instructions and counselor guidance before the session. Preparation varies with your selected kit and activities.

4. Screens & Digital Access
Is internet required?
No internet is needed for the core activities: complete offline instructions are included.
Internet is needed for optional digital extras, unlocks and downloads.
How much screen time is involved?
Most of the experience is away from screens. Digital content supports hands-on activities, storytelling and magic practice.
What digital resources are included?
Story content, songs, tutorials and counselor guidance support the selected experience.
How long does digital access last?
Lifetime access is included for the digital resources supplied with your kit.
This does not include every future product or resource.
5. Ordering & Shipping
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is five kits.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. We can discuss quantity pricing based on your kit quantity. Request a quote for your camp.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is additional. Send your kit quantity and delivery details so we can confirm the shipping cost before you order.
When will our kits arrive?
Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks from the date you place your order.
Tell us your camp start date when requesting a quote.
Does requesting a quote place an order?
No. It is an inquiry, with no order or payment commitment.
6. Cancellations & Order Problems
Can we cancel an order?
Yes. Cancel before your order is dispatched for a full refund.
Can we return kits after dispatch?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch. This does not affect any applicable statutory rights.
What if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect?
Email your order number and details, with photos where helpful.
We will arrange a replacement and cover the replacement shipping.
